Calcolare l'orrore

Forse anche più imparziali delle immagini possono essere i numeri.I numeri non mentono, si dice: la matematica, del resto, non è un'opinione.
Se poi i numeri sono forniti dalla più importante rivista economica del mondo si spera siano corretti.
L'Economist ha analizzato il conflitto di Gaza da ben prima che riempisse i titoloni degli ultimi giorni: ogni dato, ogni pagliuzza è stata registrata dai giornalisti inglesi, che due giorni fa hanno presentato il conto.
